YouTubeのポリシーとクリック率のバランスって難しいですね。目を引きたいけど派手にしすぎると危うい。
今週はタイトルの英訳も含めて何パターンか試していました。地道だけど、ストック型で育てていく気持ちでやっています。

A quick update on what’s been happening with the site and gallery.
I just launched this homepage yesterday, and I’ve been building it at full speed together with Croco (Claude AI)! 💪
The gallery was empty, so I went ahead and added some freehand sketches I originally drew for YouTube thumbnails. You can check them out in the Gallery!
From here on, I’ll keep tweaking and improving everything. The site is still very much a work in progress, but that’s part of the fun.
YouTube Thumbnail Experiments
Getting the balance right between YouTube’s policies and click-through rates is genuinely tricky. Eye-catching is the goal — but go too bold and you’re walking a line.
This week I tried several variations, including English translations of titles. It’s slow, steady work, but I’m approaching it like building a long-term content library. One piece at a time.
